Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, the Bluegrass and Beyond Music Camp has evolved to meet the requirements of lovers of bluegrass and related music of any age or ability. It enables like minded individuals to get together to play, learn or just listen. It offers a low cost opportunity to play on a stage, attend workshops to improve your skills, attend picking sessions and above all, have fun!
The festival is a non profit making venture supported by volunteer enthusiasts (please get in touch if you’d like to help!). We all know that the current economic climate means that money is tight so we aim to keep costs as low as possible. We’d also like to encourage young talent so under 16s are welcome free of charge as part of a family unit.
The highly popular workshops give both beginners and more advanced players the chance to improve their skills in such areas as vocal harmony, banjo, guitar, bass, mandolin and stagecraft.
At the Bluegrass and Beyond Music Camp you are at the centre of everything. Play, sing, learn and make new friends. Do as much or as little as you like.
